Product Returns Goods Policy

Returnable Items

  1. Expired product, in original unopened packaging, that qualifies for either credit or replacement as specified in the terms below.

Nonreturnable Items

  1. Product returned beyond the allowable time.
  2. Product destroyed or damaged due to improper storage, heat, cold, water, and smoke, or other conditions beyond the control of Questcor.
  3. Product destroyed or losses suffered in a natural disaster (flood, hurricane, tornado, etc.).
  4. Product obtained other than through normal channels of distribution.
  5. Product shipped as a no charge item.
  6. Product purchased in a fire sale, sacrifice sale, bankruptcy.

Terms for Credit

  1. Credit will be given for product returned in original, unopened packaging, received up to six (6) months beyond expiration date.
  2. Credit will be given only after returned product has been received, inspected and accepted by Questcor.
  3. Credit will be given at the price that your wholesaler purchased the product from Questcor.
  4. Partial packages or product that falls outside of the specified return period will be accepted for destruction only.
  5. Transportation charges are prepaid by customer for expired product.
  6. Questcor cannot be responsible for shipments of returned goods that are lost in transit.

Authorization and Procedure for Credit

  1. Written authorization in the form of a Return Materials Authorization is required to return product.
  2. To receive a Return Materials Authorization, submit the following information by email to questcororders [at] icsconnect [dot] com or fax to 888-678-7831:
    1. Product name
    2. Product Lot # / expiration date
    3. Quantity
    4. Wholesaler name and address
    5. Returning institution name and address
    6. Contact name, phone number, fax number
  3. The Return Materials Authorization Form must accompany the product return.
  4. Product must be returned to Questcor's Returns Processor, ICS. The product return address will be specified on the Return Materials Authorization form.
  5. Returns Materials Authorization expires thirty (30) days from date of issue.

Terms for Replacement

  1. Product must have been purchased from Curascript Specialty Distribution.
  2. Replacement product will be given for product returned in original, unopened packaging, returned one (1) month prior and up to three (3) months beyond expiration date.
  3. Partial packages or product that falls outside of the specified return period will be accepted for destruction only.
  4. Replacement product will be given only after returned product has been received, inspected and accepted by Curascript Specialty Distribution.

Authorization and Procedure for Credit

  1. Contact Curascript Specialty Distribution to initiate the Return Materials Authorization at (877) 599-7748.
  2. Instructions for return of product and receipt of replacement product will be communicated by Curascript Specialty Distribution after the Return Materials Authorization is initiated.
