Questcor partners with numerous medical, scientific and patient advocacy organizations to support their programs and activities in education and research. This support takes many forms, including both grants and charitable contributions. Working with these organizations allows us to better understand the needs of the patients who take our medicines, while helping these medical, scientific and patient organizations inform and address the needs of those they serve.

There are three key areas of focus related to research and education for Questcor:

• To narrow practice gaps for healthcare professionals in areas of mutual interest through support of continuing medical education that result in measurable improvement in competence, performance or patient outcomes
• To educate patients or healthcare advocates on disease states or awareness
• To fund projects that help to better understand disease processes or the optimal utilization of Questcor products

Our efforts presently support research and education in several areas, including infantile spasms, multiple sclerosis and kidney disease.
