Before joining Questcor in March 2005, Mr. Cartt worked with a variety of specialty pharma and venture capital firms to identify and pursue licensing and development opportunities, as well as to assess start-up company concepts.
Dave Medeiros
Executive Vice President & Chief Technical Officer
Dave Medeiros joined Questcor in June 2003 as Vice President, Manufacturing. Dave's experience includes management of manufacturing, inventory control, distribution, quality control, process development, and engineering functions in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device operating companies, and management of pharmaceutical contract manufacturers and testing laboratories.
Michael H. Mulroy
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Mulroy joined Questcor in January 2011. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Mulroy was employed by the law firm of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, where he served as a partner from 2004.

Before joining Questcor in October 2009, David Young served as Executive Director & President, U.S. Operations of AGI Therapeutics plc since 2006.
Michael Aldridge
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategic Development
Michael Aldridge joined Questcor in January 2013. From 2010 to 2012 Mr. Aldridge was CEO of Xenome Limited, a pain focused product development company and from 2003 to 2008 he was CEO of Peplin, Inc which developed a topical treatment for skin cancer.
Eldon Mayer
Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations
Eldon Mayer joined Questcor in July 2008 and most recently served as a management consultant providing marketing, business and strategy expertise, as well as guidance on operational and launch plans, for a variety of biotech and pharmaceutical clients.
Sian Bigora, Pharm.D.
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs
Before joining Questcor in November 2009, Sian Bigora served as Vice President, Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs at AGI Therapeutics plc since 2007.
Raymond Furey
Vice President, Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer
Ray Furey joined Questcor in October 2011. In his capacity as Vice President, Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for our healthcare compliance program.
Gary S. Hogge, DVM, MS, Ph.D.
Vice President, Medical Affairs
Dr. Hogge originally joined Questcor as a Medical Affairs consultant in September 2011. He has worked for a variety of companies, including SmithKline Beecham, Pfizer, Maxim Pharmaceuticals, and Elan Pharmaceuticals in a variety of capacities with increased responsibility ranging from Research and Development, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and as Medical Director.

Vice President, Portfolio Strategy
Before joining Questcor in November 2010, Jim was the US Director for Healthcare Consulting at Datamonitor and prior to this was an independent consultant providing strategic marketing consulting services to early-stage biopharmaceutical companies.
Marilee Moy

Marilee Moy joined Questcor in July 2012. She brings significant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and health care arenas, as well as in high tech and financial services.

Timothy O'Neill joined Questcor in May 2008 and mostly recently served as Senior Director for biopharmaceuticals at Allergan.

Darlene Romine joined Questcor in February 2012 and previously served as Vice President of Neurology Sales at BiogenIdec where she helped launch Avonex and Tysabri.
