Timothy O'Neill joined Questcor in May 2008 and mostly recently served as Senior Director for biopharmaceuticals at Allergan. Timothy's experience includes process, analytical and formulation development, and managing contract manufacturing organizations. Before joining Allergan, Timothy served as Senior Director, Pharmaceutical Development at Chugai Pharma USA and held positions at SyStemix/Novartis, Roche Biosciences, and the National Institutes of Health. Timothy has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California at Davis, and a M.S. in Food Science and Technology and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
